CB Solutions were chosen by ModuleCo Limited to supply Fire Rated doorsets for the 56 bed ward at Bradford Royal Infirmary.
The works entailed the manufacture and installation of 134No. Ash veneered doorsets with associated hardwood frames and architraves. The installation was completed on site in two weeks as a critical part of a very tight overall construction programme spanning 17 weeks from order to handover.
A number of late design changes and additions were incorporated by CB Solutions in a stress free manner without any impact upon the overall construction programme.
All staff employed by CB Solutions were professional and competent on site and the installation was completed in a very satisfactory manner to both ModuleCo Limited and the Trust. |

RE. Purchase Order for the supply and fit of internal Fire Door Systems.
We have concluded our first three stages on this prestigious contract and I would like to express my gratitude to your company for the above works undertaken.
The doorsets for this project were required to perform very strongly in three different areas:

They needed to comply totally to the latest Building Regulations and British Standards with repsect to fire rating.

They needed to provide a heavy duty system capable of withstanding over 6000 manual workmen / office workers every day for a 3 year period.
|
|
They needed to provide an aesthetically pleasing design relative to the prestigious nature of the site.

CB Solutions delivered a product and service which fulfilled every one of the above requirements under an extremely pressured environment. The quality of workmanship and approach to Health & Safety on site was excellent. The issuing of keys and door schedules was timely and all correct. The certification from FIRAS was presented at handover as required.
Our client Bovis Lend Lease have praised the doors and requested that the same door and supplier be used on all future Elliott buildings on the site.
Overall, a very impressive performance by CB Solutions. |

To whom it may concern,
CB Solutions, were initially selected from the BWF / Warrington Fire brochures off the internet that highlighted approved manufacturers and specialist installers of Fire Doors.
As a sub-contractor via a Principal Contractor, CB Solutions were quick to respond to the queries and prices requested via the Principal. A detailed site survey was shortly carried out as the instruction to proceed was given.
The proposed works entailed modifications to existing doors, frames, fanlights and installation of new Doorsets throughout the Secondary School over the February half term holidays inclusive of the opening and closing weekends, due to the volume of works required.
Staff employed by CB Solutions were professional, accommodating, courteous and competent on site, and were aware of Health and Safety requirements / procedures involved. |
